Jackson and Herb in the canoe. Man, is Jackson growing like a weed, or what? We're in talks of getting a kayak for him (and me:).
Me and my little man (had to give him the 'you-must-stay-seated-the-entire-time' talk before we got on the boat).
Although this is one of those photos I'll probably embarass him with in 15 years, it melts my heart to see my little guy picking and smelling dandelions.
It's days like yesterday that remind me how lucky I am to live in such a beautiful part of the world.

Lovin' the nature shots. I am pretty sure there is NOTHING that beats a beautiful day outside.
Regarding the kayak---GET ONE!! We love ours. We wish we had just bought 2 at the same time (something you may want to consider). They are so easy to transport (LIGHT!!), and so easy to maneuver. Plus...a great workout.
If we get together at the river this year--we'll have to do a little kayak trip. All of the kids LOVE it!!!
Finally---the shot of Jude is precious. If he thinks that is embarrassaing--will Clint kill me for all the purse/ apron shots?!?!?
