Watkins Glen, NY - great water fall, great george. We rode a bus to the top of the falls and then hiked one and a half miles to the bottom. On our way we saw awesome waterfalls, beautiful landscapes, and neat rock formations. It was much more than we expected. If you ever get the chance to go - you must see this place.

Our Trip to New York was only 3 days (including traveling), but we packed it full of adventures and new experiences. This collage is from the Finger Lakes Grassroots Festival (or "Grassroots" to the locals) in Trumansburg (just outside of Ithaca). The only thing it can be compared to is Woodstock - I'm guessing, since I wasn't there :)

The highlight was when Jackson was monkeying around, fell, and lost his tooth - it was a loose one just about to come out anyway (thank goodness). Jeremy spent about 30 minutes trying to find the tooth in the grass -he found it! The bottom right photo in the collage is of Jackson and a guy who shared his head lamp for the cause.

Wildlife updates

Jackson found a grasshopper today. I told him that he is so nice to bugs, that must be why we have so many around here!

Beautiful Babe

He's just too much. He seems to be changing - hair's getting lighter and he looks more like the Phillips everyday!

Finally a new post!!!!!

Sorry for the length between these posts - it's been a busy week. We went to DelGrosso Park today as part of Saint Francis's summer picnic. We had a great time and some how managed to miss the rain drops! April, Zach, and Maddie had a blast too and we are so gald they came along. Jackson and Zach are just such good buddies - the went on the free fall with Jeremy and that was a pretty big deal. The little ones had fun, too, riding the merry-go-round, the cars, and the boats.
